Refund Policy

All sales are final

Because every tradewsamet product is a digital good that grants immediate access to indicators, tools and/or downloadable content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, returns or chargebacks once a purchase is completed and access has been granted.

Why we have this policy

Digital products cannot be “returned” once they have been accessed or downloaded. To keep our pricing fair and our community genuine, we ask every buyer to make sure a product is right for them before purchasing. We provide detailed descriptions, free open-source indicators, previews, replays and a free book so you can evaluate our work before you pay.

Before you buy

Please make sure that:

• You understand the product is educational and is not investment advice or a signal service.
• You have read the indicator description and understand what it does.
• You have tried our free indicators and free content to assess our style.
• Your device and TradingView account meet the requirements to use the product.

Subscriptions

Premium access is billed as a recurring subscription unless you purchase a lifetime plan. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing — your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not refund the current or past periods.

Billing problems

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe there is a genuine billing mistake, contact us at tradewsamet@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate. Verified billing errors will be corrected. This does not change the all-sales-final policy for valid purchases.

Consumer rights

Where mandatory local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply. Nothing in this policy is intended to override protections that the law grants you and does not allow us to exclude.
