Everything tradewsamet provides — indicators, tools, charts, replays, written and video content — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. License and acceptable use

When you obtain access to a tradewsamet product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute any indicator or tool.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of any indicator or tool except where the indicator is published as open-source on TradingView.
• Share your account, invite link or access credentials with others.
• Use our products or brand to mislead others or imply guaranteed results.

Access and delivery

Indicators are delivered through TradingView and/or our access platform. Access to premium products depends on an active subscription or valid one-time purchase via our provider (Whop). We may suspend or revoke access for breach of these terms or for fraudulent or abusive behavior.

No guarantees

We make no guarantee of any specific result, profit, performance or outcome. Markets are risky and past performance never guarantees future results. You use our tools and content entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual property

All tradewsamet content, branding, indicator logic and design is owned by tradewsamet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your license does not transfer any ownership to you.

Third-party platforms

Our products rely on third-party platforms (TradingView, Whop, Discord, Telegram, YouTube). We are not responsible for their availability, policies or actions. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tradewsamet is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any product or part of the site at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
